Refund Policy
Last updated: October 12, 2026
The short version
- Designing and previewing are free, so you can check a design before you pay.
- Refunds are only available within 24 hours of a charge. After that, every charge is final.
- Cancel the monthly plan during the 7‑day trial and you're never charged.
Refunds within 24 hours only
Email us within 24 hours of a charge and we'll refund it in full, whatever the reason. This applies to every charge:
- a per-design purchase ($16.99). Once it's refunded, the design is locked again;
- a monthly charge ($49), including the first charge after the free trial;
- a yearly charge ($384), including renewals.
What counts is when your email reaches us, not when we reply. After 24 hours, all charges are final and non-refundable. We don't refund partial months or years. When you cancel a subscription, you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Your payments fund EasyDigitizer's ongoing development, which is why the refund window is short. Designing and previewing are free, so you can see exactly what you'll get before you pay.
Free trial and renewals
- Cancel the monthly plan within the first 7 days and you won't be charged. Otherwise the first $49 charge happens on day 8.
- To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before the date your plan renews.
If we end the Service
If we shut EasyDigitizer down, or end your subscription when you haven't broken our Terms of Service, we'll refund the unused prepaid time on your plan.
How to cancel or ask for a refund
Email [email protected] with the email address or phone number you used at checkout. If you're asking for a refund, include the date and amount of the charge, or your Square receipt. To cancel a subscription, you can also send this ready-made email:
Cancel my subscriptionWe reply within one business day. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Square, and usually arrive within 10 business days, depending on your bank.
A few fair-use notes
- We may decline a refund if we see repeated buy-and-refund patterns, or if our Terms were broken.
- Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. It's almost always faster to sort it out directly.
- Nothing here limits any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
