EasyDigitizer for machines

EasyDigitizer digitizes embroidery in the user's own browser, so there's no digitizing API. These are the public resources for tools and AI assistants that want to describe us, link to us or pass on feedback.

Machine-readable resources

/llms.txt — product summary for AI assistants; /llms-full.txt has the full details.
Markdown pages — request / or /help with Accept: text/markdown to get markdown instead of HTML.
/.well-known/api-catalog — API catalog (RFC 9727).
/auth.md — how authentication works (no accounts; the public API needs no keys).
/openapi.json — OpenAPI 3.1 description of the public API.
/sitemap.xml and /robots.txt — every crawler, AI crawlers included, is welcome.

Public API

Base URL https://app.easydigitizer.com. JSON in, JSON out.

POST /api/help-chat — ask the help assistant

Body: {"messages": [{"role": "user", "content": "Why does my fill pucker on polos?"}]} — up to the last 6 turns, each up to 800 characters, ending with the user's question. Returns {"answer": "…"}. Answers come only from our help content. Limited per client per hour and per day; when the day's limit is used up, resting is true and the answer points to the help page.

POST /api/feedback — send feedback to the team

Body: message (required, 3–4000 characters), and optional topic (idea, problem, digitizing, machine, billing, other), name, email, machine. Returns {"ok": true}. Limited to 8 messages per hour per client. Only send messages a person has asked you to send.

GET /api/library — list Design Library designs

Names, sizes, stitch and colour counts, and tags of the ready-made designs. Browsing is free; opening a design needs a Yearly plan in the app. Returns 503 while the library is being set up.
